This service adds the product risk layer to investment due diligence. It helps investors assess what is usually hardest to judge from a deck: gameplay, marketability, retention, monetization depth, production scope, and team execution.


NDA is available before materials are shared. Work is handled through a written scope, defined deliverables, clear timelines, and confidential handling of materials.


This does not replace legal, financial, tax, or regulatory due diligence.

    We confirm the review format, timeline, deliverables, access to materials, and NDA if required.
