Investor Advisory Retainer

Fast-track product judgment for recurring game dealflow.

A monthly package for investors who review several game opportunities and want my time booked in advance.
You get priority access, up to 3 focused reviews per month, and the same hard product read as Game Deal Review - with a cleaner process and better economics.
When to use the retainer
Use this format when single reviews are not enough because your dealflow keeps moving.
  • Monthly dealflow

Several pitches, prototypes, studios, or follow-on requests land on your table every month. You need a fast product read and a clear next-step view.

  • Fast-track access

My time is booked for your work in advance. When a new opportunity appears, we jump straight into context, materials, review, and decision support.
  • Investment decision support
I support deal, follow-on, and portfolio questions with a product operator’s view: product risk, team capacity, marketability, monetization, scale potential, and stop-loss logic.
  • Context continuity
We keep the context warm during the month. You can clarify details, ask micro-questions, or revisit the same opportunity without launching a new process.
  • Predictable service for you
You know when product review capacity is available and can plan the decision flow around it. Fewer surprises, cleaner timing, faster internal movement.
  • Better monthly economics
The retainer gives you 3 focused reviews for the price of 2 single reviews.
How the Retainer Works
Fit check and monthly scope
We start with a short call: dealflow, decision process, expected volume, request types, communication format, and review boundaries.
NDA, agreement, payment
We sign an NDA and a monthly service agreement, confirm scope and response expectations, and then payment books the monthly capacity.
Reserved monthly capacity
Your review time is reserved for the month. You bring the opportunities; I work through them within the agreed capacity. I review the product, marketability, monetization, execution, and scale risk.
Memo and advisory calls
For each reviewed deal, you receive a written conclusion, recommendation, and review call. Same logic as Game Deal Review, just inside a monthly format.
Renewal
At the end of the month, we renew the agreement and adjust the scope based on your dealflow.
Output
For every reviewed deal, you get a written conclusion and a review call.

The format is built for decision support: clear product judgment, key risks, missing proof, and recommended next step.
  • Executive summary
Short conclusion: what was reviewed, what I found, and what it means for the opportunity.
  • Product assessment
My read on the game itself: loop, onboarding, progression, monetization logic, marketability, roadmap, and team assumptions.
  • Key concerns
The issues that actually matter for the decision: product risk, execution gaps, metrics questions, marketability weakness, or follow-on danger.
  • Verification points
What needs to be clarified before the next step: missing data, unclear assumptions, weak metrics, roadmap gaps, or team-capacity questions.
  • Recommendation
A clear recommendation: move forward, stop, or continue only after specific proof is provided.
  • Fast-track workflow
NDA, agreement, scope, and payment are handled once at the start. During the month, the work is already on rails: send materials, get a review, discuss the conclusion, and move the decision forward.
Other ways to work with me
If this format is too narrow or your dealflow is recurring, there are two other ways to bring me in.
  • A focused single review for one game opportunity before you spend more time, attention, or capital.
